Business Ethics

I am writing my personal experience with a very big giant cab service provider uber which has taught me a very big ethical and customer-centric business model. The story begins:-I took an uber cab from Delhi to Ghaziabad a few days back. As soon as I reached Sahibabad I realized that the path shown by GPS has a lot of waterlogging and may not be good for the health of vehicles as well as for us. I asked the driver to change the route and he agreed to do so and when I reached my destination I realized I have been charged 100 rupees extra. I immediately tried to complain using the uber app but was not successful in doing so. I posted on Twitter about the incident and quickly got a reply from uber as well as from uber haters. Uber asked me to provide my contact details in a private message. At prima facie, I got a reply from their side that due to some hidden charges like toll, etc you have been charged more and we are sorry for that and we cannot do a thing about it. I just gave poor fee...
